"Maintenance Mowing" is defined as mowing an established grass lawn to a height no lower than 2.5 inches tall.
"Maintenace Edging" is defined as; cutting grass blades back from encroaching on walkways and clearly established weed free garden beds with a string trimmer.
Edging is done every visit in spring and as needed with a minimum of once per month in all other months to avoid erosion.
"Blow" is defined as; use of a leaf blower to clear debris left by our mowers and string trimmer from walkways.
Our service plans are our way of rewarding our customers for making the commitment to use our services long term.
Because missed visits happen we offer a 20% monthly discount for qualifying missed services on our part.
Grass continues to grow so follow up visits can become more difficult.
Qualifying:
Bill credits are typically only given if we make a scheduling error or have equipment failures that result in service that can not be rescheduled and performed with in 7 days of original scheduled date.
Non qualifying.

We make every attempt to reschedule possible to keep your yard looking great!
Our contracts are designed to spread the cost of your lawncare over the full life of the contract. We understand unexpected changes happen. Our contracts have an early termination fee built in to recoup the loss from discounts provided early in the contract.
Contracts are secured with a credit card on file. All accounts are auto billed at the beginning of the month.
